Nostalgia

Comprei um presentinho para o meu pai, por causa do dia dos pais que se aproxima. Gostaria de dar a ele muito mais, algo parecido com o que ele já me deu, mas não tenho condições.
Ele sabe que é o melhor pai desse mundo, apesar de eu ser uma filha mal humorada de vez em quando.
Meu pai completará ano que vem setenta anos de idade.
E fico imaginando se um dia chegarei a esta idade. Imagino também, nessa minha cabeça louca como o tempo passou correndo, deixando suas marcas no rosto do meu velho.
Queria tanto que ele pudesse ter um final de vida digno e feliz. Se eu pudesse era isso que eu daria a ele. Hoje, agora.
Neste momento ele e minha mãe estão em viagem, e minha filha está com eles. A três pessoas que eu mais amo nesse mundo. Sem eles três, eu seria nada, ninguém.
Estou morta de saudade!

Hoje recebi um relato feliz de uma das gatinhas filhote da Madeleine, que foi adotada por uma colega minha: a Flor.
Fiquei tão feliz em saber que a felicidade reina para ela naquela casa.
Dois dias atrás recebi as fotos do Marcelinho, o gatinho abandonado que chegou junto com a ninhada da Madeleine.
Hoje se chama Cebolinha e mora com outra colega minha e seus dois outros gatos.
Não existe bálsamo maior para a nossa alma do que ver que a gente conseguiu fazer algo por essas vidinhas.
Que graças à nossa ajuda, eles estão tendo a chance de ter uma vida longa e digna.

Por que eu estou tentando traduzir meus posts para inglês? Para que pessoas que compartilham do meu blog, de outros países, possam entender o que quero dizer.

I bought a gift for my father, because of Father's Day approaching. I would give him much more, something like what he gave me, but I have no conditions.
He knows he is the best father of this world, although I am a daughter moody sometimes.
My father will complete next year seventy years old.
And I wonder if one day I'll get to that age. I wonder too, that my head crazy as time ran, leaving their marks on the face of my dear father.
I so wish he could have a dignified and happy end of life. If I was that I could give him. Today, now.
Right now he and my mother are traveling, and my daughter is with them. The three people I love most in this world. Without these three, I would be nothing, nobody. Sunday they´ll be back! Yay!

Today I received a happy report from one of the kiddies puppy of Madeleine, who was adopted by a colleague of mine: Flor (Flower in english).
I was so happy to know that happiness reigns for her in the house.
Two days ago I received the photos from Marcelinho, the abandoned kitten that came along with the litter of Madeleine.
Today is called Cebolinha (Jimmy in english) and lives with another colleague of mine and her two other cats.
Is a greater balm for our souls to see what we could do something for these little lives. With our help, they are having the chance to have a long life and dignity.
